The Cincinatti Bengals have agreed to terms with Terrell Owens for the 2010 season. Two of the most flamboyant NFL wide receivers will be catching passes for the same team. Pity the wide receivers coach. Somehow, the Bengals will need to figure out how to satisfy these two publicity hounds.
